Do you have to choose a wedding package or can we customize our event?

Your wedding specialist will be happy to work with you to create a custom menu to best fit your vision and your budget.

Is there a fee for the special event space?

Yes, the room rental is based on the number of guests and time of year the event takes place.

When would the special event space be available for the day of the wedding for setup and decorating?

You will be contracted for the use of the space for a pre-determine time frame. If you would like to access to the room prior to what is stated on the agreement, we will be happy to work with you depending on availability.

Will we be able to have a food tasting to select our menu?

Tastings are done with events that have a contracted $5,000 or more in Food & Beverage.

Can we bring in our own food & beverage?

No. All food & beverage services must be provided by the hotel with the exception of the wedding cake, which will be supplied through an independent vendor.

Does the Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee North Shore offer a dance floor?

Yes, we have up to an 18’ x 18’ movable dance floor that can be placed in the ballrooms.

How much of a deposit do you require?

We require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 along with the signed agreement to secure the date.

May we offer a choice of three entrees to our guests?

You may offer three entree selections to your guests. There will be an additional $1.00 charge per guest for 2 entrees. and an additional $2.00 charge per guest for 3 entrees.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Yes, please advise us in advance of any special dietary needs and we will be happy to accommodate.

Are centerpieces provided? Are we able to bring in our own decorations?

Hotel centerpieces are available or you may bring in your own decorations.

Could we also have our ceremony at the hotel?

Yes, we have multiple event spaces perfectly suited for your ceremony. Additional setup fee required.

How far in advance do you accept bookings?

You can book up to 18 months from your wedding date for receptions and 12 months prior for guest room blocks.

When are guaranteed guest counts and estimated full payment due?

Guest guarantee is due 3 business days prior to your event. Full estimated pre-payment is required 5 business days prior to your event.

Do you offer children’s meals?

Yes, we offer children age 10 and under a children’s menu of chicken tenders, mac & cheese, or cheeseburger with french fries and a cup of fruit for $17 per child. If you are ordering a buffet then the cost would be 50% of the adult price.

Do we have to use specific vendors?

No, we have a preferred vendor list, see here, however, they are no exclusive.

Do you provide linens for the tables?

Included with your package are white or ivory floor length table cloths along with white or ivory napkins. We have different enhancements in Gold and Silver and chair covers in white and ivory for an extra charge. Our tables are 60” banquet rounds that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
